"Lucy, I'm Home" - My 1st 911
Hi All,
Just took delivery of my C2S Cab 2 days ago..All I can say is that it exceeded all my expectations. My first Porsche. Coming from an E39 BMW, needless to say, this 911 is in a class of its own.
THE GREAT THINGS:
Cabriolet: I can't believe how much I love having the top down here in sunny CA. It makes the car so much fun! My wife and son are equally enamored. WOW!
PSE: OMG! This is really one of the true highlights of this phenomenal car. Sport Mode + PSE is, in my opinion, makes this car perfect. Blipping the throttle when slowing down makes me downright giddy...and it takes alot for that to happen! Incredible. My son just about shi*t his pants when he first heard her roar!
PDK: Never had so much fun with this option. PDK coupled with the beautiful Sport Steering Wheel is an absolute blast!
Sport Design Front End...Just check pics
Motor: Never have I driven a car that revs this high and continues to pull...Putting the car in Sports Plus & Launching the Car is downright scary fast...WOW! I can see how you could get arrested driving this car!
Sexy Curves: Each time I look in my side view mirror and see the curves of the rear quarter panel, it makes me smile...like seeing a beautiful woman...
THE GOOD:
Vented Seats on the 14 way Power...very nicely done.
Bose Stereo...I like it!
I could only find one thing that I wish this car had and that's a Back Up Camera. While I know this can be had aftermarket, it is the only thing I could really think of.
I really cannot express my appreciation for this forum I learned so much from all of the threads and the great feedback, both good and bad from the members. Thanks to all of you!
