New Arrival Turbo S
PTS Grey Black, Bordeaux/Black interior. Black headlights, tinted tail lights, black Fuchs style wheels, painted badging - I wanted to mute this one down a bit.
Worth the long wait!

Very nice! I like the subdued badges on the back.

Thanks for the comments.
Dropped it off for paint correction and clear bra yesterday. Paint needs substantial work - the poorest I have seen on any P-Car I have owned in recent years. I understand that this is not uncommon among PTS cars specifically, beginning with 991.

These cars leave the factory in very nice shape paint wise. Anything requiring paint correction likely occurred at the Port of Entry (if the car was unwrapped for inspection) or more likely when the dealer removed the shipment protection and prepared the car for delivery.
I never have any dealer remove the shipping protection or the interior protection. I ask them to only take the car out of transport mode, perform any technical requirements necessary for delivery and that's it. The car then goes immediately to my detailer who strips off the shipping protection, washes the car with a degreaser to remove any polish or paint protection, then a clay bar treatment. Followed by a minor paint correction as needed.
Then a custom Xpel wrap, and then the car is protected with CarPro's Cquartz Ceramic protection.

Update
Picked up the car after a couple of weeks with the detailer. I was traveling, so gave him as much time as he needed. He did a great job, both with paint correction and wrap. He built and lit two work rooms - one for paint work, the other for wrap. Under those lights, all is revealed. Porsche covered the full cost of the paint correction.
