Great post and great color! I would bet the black 'Porsche' decals with stripes would look incredible graphite!

If I may humbly exert any minute influence I may have, based both on personal experience and established knowledge, and use all of it to dissuade you from using Xpel. Besides the inferiority of their product, thats only mitigated by their marketing expenses, there's a reason half their vendors are abandoning them and that they are about to be sued into extinction. I'm happy to go into it if you wish me to, but in the short term, you might want to do yourself a favor and run away from their product.

What product would you recommend instead? Im looking into buying my first porsche in a week or so and this was at the top of my list for delivery day tasks.

Thank you

Picked the car up from my shop today. Looks great after ppf, tint and CeramicPro. Photos to follow soon.

I did end up sticking (pun intended) with Xpel. This shop (503 Motoring) has done three cars for me and I have always been pleased with their work and the product. The CeramicPro is very nice, too. The paint feels slicker than whale snot!

I installed Xpel on my 991 GT3 in January of 2014. It now has almost 17,000 Miles including dozens of Track Events with no sign of discoloring, blemishes or film degradation. The Xpel also tolerates extensive rubbing and cleaning of Tire marks, bird droppings, insects, and the usual road debris without visible damage. I know nothing about the financial conditions of the company, but I am delighted with the product.

I have used Expel and Suntek in the past with good results. Several installers I know think Suntek looks better on dark colored cars.
