KLINE exhaust install!
Installed a stainless KLINE exhaust on my buddies Turbo S the other day. Sam (sam at bydesignauto.com) hooked us up with some fast shipping and I had it on the other coast from him in no time!
First impressions: BIG box! Packed ridiculously well. Packed like it could take an IED hit. The quality and the welds of this system are second to none. Kudos to Felix's welders and fabricators. TOP NOTCH quality.
Install: I did the install utilizing some race ramps that I have. They raised the back of the car up about a foot or two off the ground. I left the bumper cover on...I wanted to try it this way first. The next one I do I will remove the cover...I feel that it will make it much easier with it pulled. ok about 6 hours for us to do it. Not horrible, but the cover got in the way of a few things, that is why I say to others to consider removing it prior to installation.
Weight: I didn't do a scientific weighting, however, I believe we saved a few pounds, mostly from the factory (huge) cats. The muffler/exhaust portion was a bit lighter to the feel, but nothing earth shattering. (this is where the Inconel system would have blown me away!)
Sound: NICE!!! Deeper at idle, noticeable, but nothing crazy obnoxious. Cruise: FANTASTIC!!!!! There is absolutely ZERO drone!!! My buddy commented that driving the car is so much more enjoyable now around town. HE LOVES it!
Open her up a bit and the system starts to come into it's own! It really wails. Screams in the higher rpm's. Build some boost and the sounds transform.
Overall: Excellent quality system, excellent sound characteristics.
If it were my car I would purchase a KLINE system and be extremely happy with it.

Thank you for posting this.
I was just going to pay a shop to install mine, but after seeing you were successful on ramps, and I have access to a lift, I feel like it would almost be inexcusable for me to not do it myself. 6 hours is not bad at all either.

Having access to a lift and removing the rear tires makes the process very straight forward.
