There is no 100% guarantee. Some dealers will be okay with it, some will not. I have heard Porsche has requested the car brought back to stock before they would make warranty related repairs. Of course, legally, I believe the part installed has to have caused said problem. That can be a slippery slope. Many have been installed without warranty repercussions.

Some will, some won't. Can talk to a service manager in advance about warranty coverage. If the aftermarket part leads to a related failure then it likely won't be covered. They do like return to stock ,however.

A model arrangement between manufacturer and arm's length aftermarket firms would be BMW's arrangements with Dinan and Alpina, respectively. I had my '99 540i modified by Dinan and BMWNA would honour, by contract, the Dinan warranty.
The next degree of affinity is BMW and Alpina where the cars come off the BMW assembly line, go to the Alpina workshop for extensive powerplant and other modifications and then return to the BMW plant for finishing touches. Oh, how I treasured my old B7! Talk about a wolf in sheep's clothing. Of course the ultimate embrace occurred when Mercedes took over AMG which began as a third party as well.
I may be wrong, but my understanding is that in the case of Porsche the entire raison d'être and ethos of the brand is performance and, therefore, the factory doesn't seek any formal relationships with aftermarket firms. Am I right?
