Who is going with XPEL and who is going with Suntek? 10 year v 5 year warranty, thicker v thinner and easier to install. Will one effect color more than the other because of thickness?
Also, knowing removal would delaminate headlights, are you wrapping lights and planning on keeping the wrap on indefinitely or are you skipping your lights?
Dan (is curious and wants owner opinions)

Suntek Data Sheet
XPEL Data Sheet
XPEL has the better warranty, 10 years, and is also .1 mils thicker..8.1 mils total. It feels a little thicker, so it will protect better than Suntek. Now, Suntek has a 5 year warranty, but it's the clearer film of the two. It looks pretty darn close to the original paint. They're both self-healing and are the two best films on the market.

All films will discolor over time...specially noticeable on white. But, film has come a long way since a few years ago. Gone are the days of cloudy, ,milky, and heavily orange-peeled film.
We don't do partials, so I'm not sure about color difference. I know both xpel and suntek films allows UV to come through making the aging process more "even" with un-filmed areas

Their data sheet is incorrect...

Quick question.
On my 2010 GT3 which which was black I did quite a few DE's. I could never get ride of the hot black tire rubber marks the loose tire particals would fly up off the track and smudges my hood film. Could not get rid of the marks it was so bad I replaced the film it was Autobahn Film. One person at one of the tracks we were at said he uses liquid Turtle Wax. I tried it but it did not work. My question will I be able to get this off my new 2015 Black GT3 if we install Xpel film?
Have heard from anyone from my neck of the woods taking you up on your offer?
Thanks,
Jerry

Those on the lists, please make sure you've contacted me, received your invoice, and made your deposit to be on our calendar. Nov/Dec is going to be a busy month for delivery, and only a few of you are actually "confirmed" on our calendar.
Thanks again guys for your amazing response...in the end, we need to do a local "get together" and take a group photo...perhaps lunch at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel and the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop in our photo
