Yeah. It's usually 5-10 hp, if that, on exhaust mods for NA cars. I'm not expecting any gains, and SW is up front with that too instead of making ridiculous claims.

Ah well, we pay for the soundtrack eh.

Yep - but if you do not have it yet it is really light compared to stock and very nicely constructed. The stock is heavy and was not overly impressed but even the quality.

Slip. HIGHLANDS is awesome was there in March with the 993. Tony Quinns son who runs it can recommend on who could return transport your GT3. Throw your old steel discs on board and I will buy those from you!

You are going to love the GT3. Keep the run in time realistic or you will go made. The car sounds insane. Really looking forward to your feedback. Where in Oz are you?

I'm in Adelaide. Will look into getting the car over to Highlands. I think the run in period will be from the showroom to the first corner...

I'll drop you a PM re the brakes..

All good mate. Anytime. I can probably put you in touch with a few outfits here that handle shipping but I know Highlands have a very well rehearsed process for this (race cars etc).

Cliff note summary:

The original spec was defined by the dealer before I bought it, was too late to make any changes to it otherwise I would have spec'd PCCB's.

I bought the PCCB's from Suncoast and paid in full for them before I found out about the Mov'it kit. I have CCM rotors on my track car and they are fantastic so happy to step up to the Mov'it kit for the GT3.

May as well get some use out of the PCCB's and will swap to the Mov'it kit when it arrives.

Slip. The upgrades look read good mate!

You are the first person I know of over all the 991 GT3 forums and pictures I have seen that is having the fornt cage fitted. Please post photos, part numbers (and price if you could or PM me) as we are all curious how it looks in real life etc.

Love the shifter by the way!

Any idea how many 991 GT3 delivered to Australia?

Front cage part number from Porsche Motorsport is: 991.580.103.80

Have removed the rear cage today so that the rear window tint can be done (otherwise you need to be a contortionist to get in there). The front section will go in as the rear cage goes back in (the rear cage has to be loosened off to get the front to fit anyway).

Shifter looks much better than I thought it would, side by side with the original it is much nicer (IMO).

Have PM'd you the price Macca.

If you search that part number on google this link comes up for the "safety cage":

Thanks Slip....I assume that link is to the full cage price. I would not be surprised if 10K was indeed the price for the full cage....makes the clubsport option seem all the better value really...
