This should be an interesting project! C4's are still underappreciated and undervalued for their unique capabilities and its refreshing to see someone build a hotrod 964 with that drivetrain.
Years ago, Andial built a C4 with a 962 engine and it was stunning, to say the least so this should be equally good.

Steve and Jeff Gamroth built me a lightweight, fast and superb handling 964 C4 based on a 1991 964 C4.
It is the best 911 i have ever driven bar none! ( and i am a PCA Club Racer, DE National instructor etc so i have driven A LOT of 911s).

Yeah, you might find it cheaper elsewhere. But I like Toad Hall, they've supported our community with some truly great literature over the years and I don't mind spending a couple of extra bucks with them. It isn't always about the cheapest price.
