Where is bridge plug for airbag disconnect?

You are looking right at it. Undo the 6m/m bolt to get at the plug, remove the orange plastic piece, and you can now disconnect the plug and install the bridge plug.
BUT FIRST YOU MUST DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND LET IT SIT FOR 1/2 AN HOUR OR SO. !!!!!!!!!!

I believe it disables the actual air bag and light. I did the wire jumper method on my Pcar.
Make sure you disconnect the battery for at least 1/2 hour as said above.

let me know if you have any questions as I did my wheel a couple months ago and put the mod 7 as well. the orange thing is what you need to pull out and the connector comes apart. the bridge plug only connects in one way so once you have that on you are airbagless. to get at it remove the screw there on the bottom right of your picture and pull that whole assembly out and break the orange tab off. connect the plug and install the wheel. make sure you have the horn connector if you want your horn to work.
