Air filter - help needed
hi all
I have just fitted the air filter in the photo.
The pipe you can see in the same photo is the one that fits to the side of the original filter - shown in the second photo.
What do I do with this pipe now as the cone filter doesn't have anywhere to attach it.
Do I just blank it off?
Regards lee

You need to remove that little canister from the original airbox, plug it back into the car, then put it somewhere in the engine bay. It's for the resonance flap or something in the intake functionality, so you lose power if you run w/o it.
My car came w/ a EvoMS cone intake and had the canister just hanging out back there, free to flop around, so I tie-wrapped it to the intake manifold.
