Default 4 post car lift for the garage?

Thinking about getting one of these lifts sometime this year:

Opinions?

Anyone dealt with this company before?

Andre

For the house?

Let me check with my Dad to see which one he bought for his "workshop" It was a two poster, but is excellent and IIRC was ridiculously inexpensive for what he got.

PS My new wheels arrived, are you really interested?

Take a look at this site, nice 2 posts. If my garage was 9.75" taller, I would have one.

For storage the 4-post works great; I have one at the house. It's not as functional as the 2-post lift, but you can still work on the car some with the 4-post.
If you have the room, and you don't plan to store a car for a long period, the 2-post is the way to go.

I usually store the car from late November to late March. Sort of longish for storage on a two-post.

I've got a four post lift mostly for storage, but it's great for oil changes ect. I also purchased a jack so I can get two wheels off while the ar is elevated. I can get a pick of the jack if you'd like.

Minimum height recommended is 10 feet. My garage has 11 feet ceiling height, so it should fit.

Yes they are, but you need to have tall ceilings to install one.
