With the downpipe being a twisted shape it's not so easy. I've seen a series of short cylinders welded together or a wedge inserted to flare out for the larger side. I'm wondering how you guys might do this?
It is tough to say as we have not done any R&D on that particular setup. However, the smoothest way to do it would be try to accomplish the bump along the straightest portion of the piping with progressively bumped pieces of pipe. You are the first to try it on that car that I know of, trying anything is better than not trying at all for an experiment

Any experience with 968 turbo builds? Maybe a 3" or 4" cat back for the 968?

I'm sorry to say that we have not had a 968 in the facility to do any R&D on. Have heard down the grapevine they are similar but not exactly the same.

PSA - overseas shipping is WAY WAY less expensive for small stuff like gaskets and small parts using USPS than UPS - UPS/Fedex are multiple times more expensive for typical-sized stuff than the US post service.

I shipped a 944 steering rack to Norway once, quoted $200 for UPS and it was maybe $50 for USPS.

Larger stuff can be done inexpensively if using a shipping account - for example I shipped a 944 short block to UK from CA for ~$300 IIRC via Fedex account.

US government doesn't charge tax on exported items or shipping...that would be your country into which you are "importing" stuff.

Does Fabspeed have an option to do a black powder coated or black chrome tip? I'm looking to keep a more stock look but with all the goodness

Hello Kevin, I do not at our facility but might be able to find someone that can do the coating for you. PM heading your way
