Default Swepco 502 or not

So, I am doing an interterm oil change with generic oil for about 200 miles. Then changing to Brad Penn.

Does it make any sense to ad Swepco 502 to the mix?

Basically, looking to flush the oil out after it sat for a bit and a sad oil analysis.

Looking to get another analysis after I change to Penn and do about 1000 miles.

Thanks

Certainly couldn't hurt if you don't leave it in there. Works wonders for noisy lifters, so I have to assume it's dissolving other crud while it's at it.

I assume Swepco 502 is similar to Rislone Engine treatment with ZDDP. I suppose it couldn't hurt to add the 502 and see what things are like after some miles.

How much 502 would we use in our cars if one was to follow what firemn131 (the OP) was planning on doing?
