Are there many 928 parts at the swap meet? Basically, is it worth the drive?

If all you're coming for is the parts, then it's not worth the trip: It's mostly 911 stuff. However, there are hundreds and hundreds of P-Cars in attendance, and it's great to see folks from Rennlist. Michigan might be a bit of a haul. If you can only make one trip, come out for Frenzy in September. It's only a couple hours further on from Hershey.

I sort of agree, but you never know what is going to be there. Are there a lot of parts at Frenzy?

If you are looking for something in particular, I would post on "WTB" thread. Or query here.

About 45 miles north of the D...or better known as...the armpit of the universe.

Granted, things are getting better down there since they added some pink lipstick and deodorant.

Thought about driving down in the truck, if 928 parts were avaliable. Thanks, for the info guys.

Not really, although people are happy to empty their garages before driving in. Frenzy is about the cars and the beer, uhh... People, I mean!

I 'm going to clean out the shop and storage area and get rid of 15 years worth of accumulation so I'll be there selling some excess stuff, mishaps, ones offs, partial pieces and some used items.
Mostly 928 and 911 items.
Seat kits, carpet pieces, floor mats, seats, interior trim.
Some good, some just junk.
I don't even know what I've got, but enough to fill a 16 x 7 foot truck.

Does anyone know if the 928s will park together like they did last year? I am bringing my 88 and my brother is bringing his 86. Looking forward to meeting some fellow enthusiasts!

yes we will. You pay o be in that part (a small amount) but you also are entered into the concours event too. We do it just to be together as a group. Maybe start thinking about syncing up outside of the pay area?

Every year there's a group of a dozen or two 914s that roar in together; it's very cool. I think it would be awesome if the Sharks showed up the same way. Sync up at the White Rose in the morning!

Does everyone have to go in at the same time? We are driving up from Baltimore in the morning and won't get there until around noon. It might be general parking for us 🙁🙁
