Every Saturday morning the KC PCA meets at LePeep restaurant at 79th & Quivira for breakfast at 7:30 am. Very friendly bunch. On nice days, get there around 7:10 or so to talk in the parking lot before breakfast. This time of year, just go straight into the restaurant and head upstairs. We normally go outside after breakfast to look over the cars. It's very low key - don't worry if you don't know anybody.
Also, the last Saturday of every month is a Cars & Coffee at the Kansas City Automotive Museum at 116th & Strang Line in Olathe (near 119th & I-35). It draws a lot of Porsches.
I'll have my shark at LePeep tomorrow morning, btw.

Thanks kcattorney - was wondering where a c&c was. I spent a LOT of hours as a kid in the museum/storage at 101st and Lackman. Is this one related to that one?

Currently the shark in on stands with PS problems, but hope to get that sorted this weekend.

Not related, but we talk to them regularly - they are good people. Ours is a history museum with a rotating car collection. Theirs is a classic car dealership/storage facility.

I usually solve that using the substitution that "money is the root of all evil", with the predictable result that women = evil, but either is a valid argument. lol

Perhaps if he seeks forgiveness for whatever he's done with a nice card, then everything might be OK.

Here's one he can print at home, so he doesn't have to get permission to go to the card shop.

I drove this car today. It has a strong engine but needs a respray and the inside is a mess. I think he'd take $6500, perhaps less. Too much of a project car for me I think.
