Wow what a difference! I just came back from my short drive and torqued the rear lower control arm bushing mount bolts. The car is smooth as silk. The weird thing is the little shake when the engine starts. It took me almost 10 hours all said and done along with my wiring repair. I used a 2 post hoist and a engine support brace from above. I cant imagine how much harder this would be on my back in the garage.

I am diving into the same project tomorrow...
On my bam with the car on home made lot bars and jack stands
Replaced ball joint today and leaned wheel wells, removed the front spoiler.

While I am doing this I am trying to track down a flapping noise when I accelerate.

a flapping noise is usually a loose front fender block off plate,
the air comes into the fender and pushes it back then the wheel liner pushes it back.
Remove the wheel, then the liner then use some fender washers to secure the block off plate to the mounts

So last night on my way home my car started cutting out cylinders. I pulled off the highway and it seems the passenger side air intake tube was knocking off the Injector wires on that side. I reattached them and this morning no problem. Anyone ever replace the motor mounts and then have this happen? I'm going to check the motors rotation when I get a chance. I shimmed the anchor mounts two spacers when I installed them.

I really doubt your motor is rotating the wrong way... Did you find it easy (too easy) to put the injector connectors back on?

The injector connectors should each have a little wire retaining clip.
They click when you push them on. No way they get "knocked off"...
It sounds like perhaps yours are missing..?

I had one that was off yesterday morning. I reconnected it until it clicked. I had pulled several on that side so I must have not gotten them to
Click. When I rechecked I made sure they clicked. No cracked connectors. I might have to pop for a new harness. Kinda crispy
