Sorry, i removed the link, since Jim Morehouse already worked hard on that.
He made a good job building up a package that is sold at 928'sRus. (ROG100)

This is the same one I bought online back in '08. I'm pretty sure it's not the Morehouse CD as the table of contents links don't work and a fair amount of information appears to be missing from the manuals. However it's still much better than nothing.
