I'm getting into Austin Thursday night this year. Want to get together Friday or Sat night for some hill country BBQ?

Guys, would love to join you for 928 talk when you're in Austin. In fact, we could probably round up James and some of the local 928ers for the occasion.
Since Vettel has already won the championship I'm going to skip the race this time unless one of my buddies has an extra ticket and begs me to go ...

Tom, since you are an Austin native, can you line up something for us out of towners, recommendation for a good place to meet up for BBQ, maybe for Friday night? Would be good to see Jim's collection too.
Agree, kind of sucks race for championship is over, still looking forward to the race and Austin.

I'm in for the Sat PM festivities and will be happy to set something (thinking Salt Lick in Round Rock as it is not far off Hwy 130 so it would be easy to get there from the track...) I am not going to the race either. Can't justify the spend this year...
