im planning on doing a euro hybrid as well... im in the process of getting 928 euro 4.7 heads,cams,intake and runners.while in europe for work.. . when i get back state side getting a 85-86 5.0 block... i thought these were 300hp engines?
would love to super charge or turbo it as well...

what car are you thinking of using?
yes, the euro early 80s cars were the 300hp version , but the 84-5 were 310hp due to higher compression and slightly better cam duration (not lift)
with the 5 liter bottom end, expect 290 rwhp to 320rwhp if CIS

I'm telling you this from experience. If you planning to bring back the parts in a plane, clean them up extremely well as airlines don't like to see used car parts in personal luggage.

i have an 82 with a manual for the car, im getting all the 4.7 parts here and when i get home im getting an 85 or 86 5.0 block and internals.....
the 4.7 stuff is cis

as for the plane lmao... im having them shipped via UPS...

what headers are you running now? what all did you get with your megasquirt set up?

if you are going to supercharge, you might be able to run the S4 block but that will get you about 8:1 compression with the euro heads.. but you wont have to do an y valve reliefs.

I am running Greg Browns headers. IM sitting around 320hp. but she has a few more in her i think. just needs more dialing in on a dyno.
