In this area I would have to disappoint you. Maybe I could write something to print the right size and font stuff using PCL, but it would take me a while..

In fact, forgive me for being dense, but what does one use to make a jpg editable? Why the remark by the OP about font Denmark being common in MSWord? If it was in Word, or even XL, I could have coped. This area is outside my scope, so far.
