Anybody have the physical dimensions for the relays handy? My thinking is to build upon the OP's idea by using an Avery template for the setup and print 'em off on one of their address label sheets.
Their product number 5160, which is a sheet of white address labels which measure 1" x 2 5/8" might work. I don't think they make any small square ones, but you could center the text on each label and fold the edges over the sides.
Love the font used by the OP. What's it called?
Edit: Found a Porsche font, but like the OP's better. The Porsche font is too short/wide for best results in this particular application, IMO.

Glad to share all
Hi Jarrod,
Don't mess around with trying to print on specific Avery label paper.
This is too easy.
Just print a test page on regular plain paper. Cut one of the relay stickers out to make sure your printer has sized the full sheet of relays to a good size for a real relay. If it has, then you are good.
Pick up (at Staples, Office Depot, etc) a packet of Avery "FULL SHEET LABELS" like these below...
Print a whole page of relay stickers on one page of Avery "full sheet label" paper. Once you have printed the relays, run some clear packing tape over the printed relay stickers to laminate them. (You can also buy Avery full sheet laminating film, but packing tape should be fine)
Now you just cut the relays stickers out of the full sheet, peel the backs, and stick them to your relays.
I do recommend leaving the relays in the car while applying the stickers. It makes the whole process allot easier. Also, make sure you dust/clean the top of the relays so that the adhesive with stick well.
Cheers,
Michael

BTW Jarrod, and anyone else who wishes to make changes, the font is DENMARK. Common to MSWord.
If you can't find Denmark, "Continuum Bold" is close.
Cheers,
Michael

Michael - Now it's more clear. No need for me to re-invent the wheel.
That chart is really slick. Thanks again!

The faces of the black relays are 29.5 square. The faces of the silver relays are 25.1
When I viewed the .jpg file, I thought that the graphics appeared way too large. However when I saved it, viewed it in a ruled layout, and printed out a test page, all squares were the correct size.
As a reference, for the '91 relay page, the image dimensions (containing all relays) is 8.1" wide x 4.19. Printing out at this scale will give you the correct sticker sizes.
Great job, Michael!

Perfect print stock:
I have the perfect material to print these on: White Matte inkjet Bumper Sticker paper. It's water resistant (if you need water resistance in your fuse/relay area, you have problems). Office Depot item#922-811.
I'd already had a pack of these hanging around for a bumper sticker that I did a few years back. They're laid out in a way to where two relay prints can go on one sheet.
9:40 EST.
I'm about to print two sets for a '91. I only need 1. So....
Who wants the second one? PM me with the year that you want & I'll print that out & send it to you. First come first served
