Dean Kamen
Weissach,
Dean Kamen choosing a 928 as his secondary means of transportation (after his helicopter), makes me proud of owning one too. Truly a remarkable person.
Hammer molesting one, however, is something I've been trying to forget, so thanks for bringing it up again .

Paul Stanley of Kiss had an '86 black/black that was featured in the "Reason to live" video (horrible special effects, the car was "caught on fire".) He also had an '88, the insurance card from that car was sold on E-bay a few years back for over $100 as memory serves...

Jonathan Cain of Journey originally owned my Weissach. I heard something about Journey's manager also owning a 928. I wonder which came first.

Seinfeld is a 911 owner only, or should I say rear engined Porsche owner. I saw a piece about him and his collection, among them both the earliest known 911 in existence as well as the final air cooled 911 built, which he took delivery of at the factory. But his language throughout the story implied that only 911's were his fancy and I saw nothing else in the film. Of course I'm betting he's added a Carrera GT his collection, even though it's not a 911.

"Lars, the drummer of Metallica has one, maybe two."
Back when I could buy the DMV information for California, his name and San Francisco address were included.
You can also add Lorenzo Lamas to the list. I bought his totaled 1989 GT back in 1990.
