944 Almost ready to be inspected
I bought my 944 on july 19th and since then it has been a long process to get the car inspected.
To start i boguht the car for $2100 after taxes and registration. Upon the inspection i was informed that i needed front struts, inner tie rod, wiper blades, and a horn to pass inspection. Added onto the existing leaky radiator problem. Now its the end of august and i have replaced the radiator, front struts, and inner tie rods.
All that is left is the horn which i havent done before.
After that i need to fix some jerks in the car, Because when i get on and off the gas the car jerks bad sometimes and im wondering if its the motor mounts maybe.
Then after inspection the plans are a sound system and exhaust after that.
It feels good to start a new full thread for my cars entire life, any advice on future plans is appreciated

The jerking could be the clutch if it is the original rubber centered plate, check out this thread...

Don't get depressed if it is the clutch, changing it is totally doable, here is the thread I did to document my experience... and there are lots of other threads on the forum...
