Keith, I'm very sorry for your loss. Words are inadequate in accurately portraying emotions at times like these, so I just hope you will be able to cope with your loss and someday forgive yourself for not communicating with your mother as much as you'd have liked to.

Keith,
At the time I started surfing through the list, your's was the third post I came to, and I must say that it took the wind out of my sails. Out of respect for your mom and yourself, I'm going to give the list a rest today, and sign off at this point. Might say it's my way of a "moment of silence", for you and your family. Probably just going to get off the computer and call my mom.
Best wishes, and God bless.

keith, your mother will always be with you, she will always hear your words, your apologies, she will always be by your side. I'm sure she has already forgiven you. So don't beat yourself up about it. I believe that when someone passes on, they leave a part of them behind in the spiritual sense. Try to remember all of those good times with your mother. I will pray for you and your mother and your entire family tonight. God Bless you keith.

i know how you feel. the same thing happened to me many years ago when my dad passed away. i like you also had a disagreement - we were not on speaking terms. i felt a tremendous amount of guilt for many years - i was only 18y/o at the time. it will be hard but remember that your mom will always be with you in spirit. if i may offer you some advice - talk to her, talk to god ask their forgiveness. tell her how much you love her. im sure mom feels the same way. i,like you - learned the hard way and it sucked for a very long time. you got to eventually let the guilt go !
my prayers are with you

Hi Keith,
I don't have much to say - just that I feel very sad for you. I had a relatively recent loss that involved no conversation for quite a few months. I still feel terrible, and when I pray, I ask God to tell her that I love her and miss her.
I'm very sorry for you. You have my deepest condolences.

Just wanted to say very sorry for your loss. I am confident your mom knew you loved her, mom's always do even when we don't think they do.
