Less Brick-Like

Typically, when it comes to toys you can build and play with, Lego gets all the press and attention. But there's another company that's been around producing playsets you get to assembly and enjoy for quite some time too - Playmobil. Playmobil's playsets may not be quite as difficult to assemble, but they also look a little more like, well, a real Porsche, thanks to the lack of bricks. And Playmobil also has a growing collection of Porsche vehicles for kids (or grown kids) to play with.

Fantasy Play Land

Playmobil's sets are also much easier to put together, thanks to their lower piece count, so you won't be spending hours trying to make your Porsche look like a Porsche. The first of these cool toys is perhaps the most interesting, too - a 911 Carrera 4S police car. And while this may look like a coupe, the top actually comes off. Because in fantasy play land, cops get to cruise around in style.

Fully Accessorized

And of course, the police 911 also has a flashing light bar on the removable roof, as well as a working siren and flashing headlights, taillights, and dash lights. Also included are a pair of police officers, handcuffs, a laptop, pistols, a radio, and all the other stuff they need for an active day of upholding the law.

Macan Tow Rig

Next up on our list is something a bit more practical for the growing fictional family - a Porsche Macan GTS. And in case you were wondering what a Macan Cabriolet might look like, the roof of this one comes off, too. And it also comes with, of all things, a horse trailer, also with a removable roof, because lots of Macan owners use them for that purpose, right?

Giddy Up

In addition to the horse trailer and a pair of horses, the Macan comes with a retractable trailer hitch, two people, a child seat, and a removable rear entertainment system for the kiddos. There's even an integrated cupholder, which is the sort of thing you'd expect from such a highly detailed piece.

Quite Realistic

As is the case with the 911 police car, the Macan also has working lights at the front, rear, and in the interior. It even has an automatic power-off function to save battery life in case you forget to switch it off after some playtime. And if all that isn't enough, there's also a full array of horse accessories that even includes a trophy and some ribbons for that winning performance.

Cool Kit

Altogether, the Playmobil playsets are pretty impressive and realistic, not to mention quite fun for the little ones or the grown-up ones. And with retails prices of $49.99 for the police car and $69.99 for the Macan, they aren't priced as high as many other scale models out there, either. So go ahead and snag them for yourself, we won't tell.
