1. This Isn't Your Everyday Used Car

Maybe you're the type of person who typically shuns used car shopping, or perhaps you've grown tired of sifting through the endless streams of boring base models and junked out "bargains" in your local classifieds. Maybe you just enjoy checking out the wild creations people come up with, and then try to sell for outrageous prices. Either way, have we got the perfect used car for you. Feast your eyes on this highly modified, 1,000 horsepower, 2002 Porsche 911 GT2.

The wild winged wonder you see before you is sitting on a bonafied used car lot right now. OK, so it's the used car lot at McLaren Scottsdale. That's not the kind of place that has one of those crazy inflatable guys sitting out front waving at you as you drive by, so don't expect to pick it up for a song, either. This GT2 will set you back a cool $300,000, or an estimated $4,346 a month. If you put $29,900 down and finance it for 72 months at 4.99%, that is. But hey, the dealership claims that the original owner dropped $700,000 into the build, so there's that.

3. Exterior/Suspension Mods

Undoubtedly, the first thing you'll notice is that massive rear wing. But that's only part of the all-carbon/Kevlar body work. There's also a huge, functional Ram Air roof scoop to help cool things down out back. Center lock Forgeline wheels cover up RSR brakes and suspension components, and JRZ shocks aid handling even further. Seriously, this thing is read for LeMans.

4. Engine Mods

Unlike your average body kit-clad Honda, this GT2 has the guts to back up its wild looks. The 3.6 liter flat six produces a claimed 1,000+ horsepower. Unfortunately, the parts it uses to do so are a pure mystery, but probably involve a couple of huge turbos, right? We do know that the engine is backed up by a custom built sequential shift gearbox. That's easily enough to wipe the smile off anyone's face who dares to laugh at the extravagant bodywork.

5. Interior

On the inside, you'll find more real carbon fiber, a Motec gauge cluster, and the obvious sequential shifter for that gearbox. Compared to the exterior, we'd have to say that things inside are rather subdued. Until you drop the loud pedal, that is.

If you just won the lottery, or just need a Porsche with an insane amount of power, you can find the Scottsdale McLaren site here. Maybe you can cut a deal and get it for a cool quarter million?
