Polarizing

The visual alone, of a 964 Porsche 911 sitting so low on air bags that the rocker touches the ground is unacceptable to many purists. If that describes you, you might not want to stick around. But if you're of the belief that an owner is entitled to do with his/her car as they please, you'll enjoy this unique feature. If you applaud custom creations that throw the rulebook of what's considered acceptable, then this bagged Porsche is right up your alley.

Specialty Shop

Raj Sangha, the owner of this meticulously restored 964 also happens to be the head of Car Audio Security. The shop specializes in auto systems, security systems, as well as air suspension systems, and Rotiform wheels. And Raj himself has years of experience restoring and modifying vehicles, but perhaps none more impressive than this one.

Pleasing Number 1

When Raj acquired the car, it was in less than stellar shape, with numerous cosmetic defects and in need of a mechanical freshening up. Though the brash nature of this build likely offends a lot of folks, Raj started out by seeking out the opinions of fellow Porsche enthusiasts. And while operating with as much respect to the character of the classic, he knew he would not be planning on selling the car. So he went about devising a project that would put a smile on his face if no one else's.

Dialing in the Exterior

He began the work with the exterior. He replaced the Porsche's faded Marine Blue paint with the Slate Grey. The hue is indeed a 964 color, but interestingly, one that was never offered in 1990! With that out of the way, it was only a matter of time before the shop would begin to put their signature touches on it.

Air Lift

That included the addition of the staggered STR split-rims, a Rockford Fosgate audio system, and of course, the Air Lift suspension setup. When aired-out, the system gives the car a shockingly flush stance, as low to the ground as the Porsche can physically go.

Gorgeous Cabin

Rounding things off with the interior, the usage of carbon fiber is a prominent design feature here. The vast majority of the surfaces in the cabin have been covered in soft black leather, accented by red stitching. The Momo Prototipo steering wheel is the driver's primary point contact in command of the car. It's a genuinely impressive modernized interpretation of the 964 interior, and it looks like an amazing space to be in.
