1. Porsche palace

The Porsche Design Center plays host to residents on Sunny Isles Beach in beautiful Miami. The highly anticipated luxury tower is the first one in the US by the legendary sports car brand. It is also the first building to have a patented "Dezervator," (designed by Gil Dezer) which is an elevator for residents to bring their cars along with them into their homes. Here is a video of the Dezervator doing its thing. The building, designed by Porsche Design Studio, one of the tallest buildings in Sunny Isle Beach.

2. Pay to play

With almost all of the units sold out, this 140 unit building includes two four-level, 17,000 square-foot penthouses are going for $32.5 million. That penthouse also comes with two private pools and a four car "sky garage" if you're curious what that much money gets you. Each unit is expected to sell in the range of $4 million to $32.5 million.

3. Amenities galore

While the four-level penthouses sound nice, the regular units are still nothing to balk at either. These more sedate units can display up to nine cars if the owner is willing to dish out additional fees for space. In addition to that, the building houses such things as a spa, a ballroom, a movie theater, and a game room with race-car simulators. The landmark Design Tower Miami reflects the Porsche ethos of functional design, technical innovation, and forward-thinking iconic style. The 60-floor building is filled with unusual design along with the specially made patented car lift at its center. The tower provides stunning 360-degree views with its floor to ceiling glass windows that allow for cinematic quality days and nights.

5. How do I get in?

To keep security at its highest level, the resident's cars act as keys to the apartments. I know what you must be thinking right now. How the hell will this go down? Well, you drive up in your Porsche (or some other vehicle you own) and you stay in the car while you are transported via a platform into the elevator and then moved into your unit.

6. Exclusive features

Several other features are exclusively available to Tower residents: vehicle-concierges that are responsible not only for valeting your cars if you don't wish to ride along with your car, but also the maintenance of them; a private restaurant that has individual, chilled wine lockers and an outdoor lounge that faces the ocean; and a spa and fitness center that also offers an integrated beauty salon, yoga, and massage rooms. If you wish to take a dip in the pool during colder times of the year don't worry because the pool is always heated.
