Daily Slideshow: Bisimoto Center Seated Boxster Will Blow Your Mind!

Ahh, Bisimoto. When they’re not making cars that can hit triple digits on the way to soccer practice they’re busy doing this to Porsches.

Center Seating Position

Leave your friends at home. Forget cars and coffee. Shut off your phone. Any car with the driver seat smack in the center of the car says one thing: you are here to drive. Fortunately for us, the guys at Bisimoto like to go fast with a unique twist on speed. This prized possession is the results of countless hours of fabrication and fitment. Brilliant!

Twin Turbo 986

The base for this build is a 986 Boxster that Bisi decided needed twin turbos. Running on E85 the car is capable of 700whp which is massive in a car this light. The car runs on a Toyo R888 which has to make it a complete handful when boost comes on. This car is savage!

Lightest Light Weight

Every single thing on this car is about the performance we have come to know from Bisi and his guys. Gutting the interior? Too simple for Bisi. He had to take it to the next level with carbon fiber 19-inch wheels that are just feather weight at approximately 20lbs. Reducing unsprung weight further enhances the feel of this mad project.

Aerodynamics

Bodywork is functional with a splitter up front and a custom mounted rear wing found in the back. Seeing as this car has the horsepower to push through the air and utilize downforce it would be a monster to try and keep up with on track in anything short of a purpose-built racing car. All that lightweight with big power and aero means this car sucks itself straight onto the pavement.

Impossible to Improve?

After looking at how much of this car is taken to the nth degree of customization it’s hard to imagine how Bisi is going to improve on this. With a 1,000 horsepower Honda Odyssey in the garage and now this crazy 986 Boxster how much faster will his creations become? These guys are pushing the limits of street tire builds to levels no one thought possible. I can’t wait to see what he does next!!!
