Backed by Pedigree

TechArt is a familiar name in the world of Porsche, a German tuner that has offered an array of parts and packages since it was founded back in 1987. TechArt has also earned its fair share of motorsports wins using its modified 911s, cementing its status as one of the best tuners in all of Europe - as well as a Porsche specialist. That sort of pedigree makes this particular TechArt-modified 992 911 Targa 4S up for grabs at Vegas Auto Gallery even more desirable than it already was.

Stay Subtle

What's particularly appealing about this TechArt Targa is the fact that it isn't overdone on the outside by any measure - in fact, it's an incredibly clean-looking car that certainly won't offend anyone. Rather, the tuner added just the right amount of upgrades to make it stand out from the crowd, showing some restraint in a world that often doesn't.

Perfectly Complemented

Of course, the Carrera White Metallic paint aids in that mission, and it's perfectly complemented by the Bordeaux Red interior. Trimmed in leather, the cabin is accented by lots of Chalk stitching, but the best part of the interior might just be the fact that it's packing a manual shifter for the seven-speed gearbox.

Stunning Detail

On the outside, this 911 Targa 4S is rolling on a set of black TechArt wheels, which look quite stunning with loads of detail. They're also a perfect match for this particular car, providing a big upgrade over the stock units - even though some aren't exactly fans of black wheels.

Performer

The 911 sits a bit lower than stock thanks to some new springs, which also help out in the handling department. And, speaking of performance, this particular Porsche is powered by the automaker's 3.0-liter turbocharged flat-six that churns out 443 horsepower. That's good enough for a 0-60 romp of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 188 mph.

Pricey Proposition

Throw in the iconic Targa top, and this TechArt 911 is certainly an impressive and appealing package, a car that any Porsche fan would love to have in their garage. However, it certainly isn't cheap with a price tag of $244,999, though we'll have to reserve judgment on that until we can see a full list of options.
