Porsche is offering an entirely different level of customer service through their Porsche Exclusive program. If you want your Porsche to be tailored exclusively to your tastes, then this new program is for you.
1. Private Consultant
In one way, Porsche wants to give you full freedom of designing your vehicle, but they want to make sure your taste isn't "off." The private consultant will be there for you as you personalize your Porsche, helping you with color matching, advise you on your wheels, and all-in-all ensuring that your Porsche doesn't come out awful. The consultant can help you with anything and everything, from the paint color, the upholstery colors, to the colors around the air-vents and decal colors. This makes getting a Porsche Exclusive car very much like getting a bespoke designer suit.

2. What's Your Favorite Color?
The Porsche Exclusive can paint your car any color you dream of. In fact, they already have over 200 colors that are ready for you to choose from, but if your favorite color is not one of them, they can still make it happen. You can also mix and match, so if you want your upholstery and stitching to be specific colors, they can satisfy your wish, as long as it passes their good taste test, and matches the exterior. But don't worry, they are pretty lenient, after all it is your car.

3. The Exclusive Series
A Porsche Exclusive car is all about the details, whether you're special ordering one or if it's from a limited run Porsche Exclusive Series. Every Exclusive Series gets a metal badge that reads "Exclusive Manufaktur," and the carbon-fiber panels take a few weeks to get done, to ensure they are flawless. Anything you special order, whether it's your family coat of arms on the dashboard, or crazy stitching detail, is done perfectly and with tremendous attention to detail. The decals are always aligned perfectly and technicians use extreme precision to ensure everything is exactly how it should be.

4. Unorthodox Methods
Not everything in the Exclusive program is pre-planned, sometimes a request come-up and they have to find a way to make it happen. For instance, for the Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series, Porsche wanted to put a unique, exclusive finish on the wheels of the car, so they had to invent a way to do what they envisioned. For this series, the wheels are first painted gold, then a coat of black is applied on top of it, and finally, the engineers use a laser to slowly burn-off the black from portions of the gold, which results in an elegant design that cannot be imitated. This goes for everything in the Exclusive program cars, and if there is no known current way to do something, they simply invent a method.

5. Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur
The Porsche Exclusive department, Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur in German, is in charge of all custom work that's done by Porsche. This Porsche department does any custom work that is desired by customers, as well as the occasional limited-edition Porsches, like the Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series. When you special order, you can choose from numerous parts and options displayed in the program's catalogs, however, if you have a unique idea, they will gladly try to bring it to life.
