I caught my local alignment shop reefing on my toe rod with a wrench + 2' pipe extension... he bottomed the threaded rod into the spherical joint and it broke when trying to loosen. I was going to order a new rod end from Pegasus racing, but I ended up just ordering a replacement set of toe rods instead.
