The filter itself is in the small box. The C and the keyhole is holders for the filter. I used the keyhole on my iPhone 6. They are attached with self adhesive tape. The filter is hold in place magnetically. It is important to remove the filter before putting the phone into the pocket because the filter will fall of. Wonder how many hours it takes before I loose the filter :)
