"gently" pry each side of the bumper away from the rear wheel arch by pulling outwards, then the bumper can be completely removed by pulling up and backwards. TAKE CARE NOT TO SCRATCH THE PAINTWORK, have a space prepared to place the bumper on a soft surface out of the work area
