If you see brown on the wire or face of the relay receptacle you have an issue with that wire conductivity. My wires at the copper terminal were rusty powder. You need a terminal release tool to get them out of the plug. I pried the copper terminals off the rusty wire and cleaned the terminals then soldered the new wire end to the copper terminal. I found about 4 like this. This should solve my raise headlights fuel pump cuts off and car dies problem.
