Looked at other posts. Decided to grasp the plastic facia surround around the clock. Pulling lightly from the front to the back, and pushing the raised outside edges of the console surround outward (towards the doors), the panel moves up and out. The clock falls out when the wires are still connected. The battery - post is disconnected.
