We went to visit the Simon Pearce factory and stumbled across a diversion. I am a huge Whistle Pig fan and got to sample some of the bottles I have yet to open. The 18 year is amazing and I did not realize the glass stopper that comes with the bottle is made by Simon Pearce. ALso stopped by a company called JK Adams. I cast parts for their custom machines decades ago that make their wine racks and surprisingly still going strong.
