Line the brackets up in the rear over the middle seat rail holes, using the elongated holes in the sliders. Leave the bolts hand tight, and slide the seat back to secure the front bolts. You'll be glad you left the back bolts loose to allow some wiggle room to line up the front bolts. Once th front bolts are secured, tighten the rear bolts and you're done!
