Came with the seats redone with the black perforated inserts - which have really grown on me since I would have preferred to find a black interior car. Just received the Cocomats which look perfect in there. Another winter project: Planning on removing the old carpet and insulation, replacing with dynamat and black carpet instead for a full two tone look.
