H4 Lights

I replaced the crap HB1 (aka H5, 9004) headlights with Bosch Euro H4s, relays and wiring. The difference in illumination is staggering. Sorry for the image quality as used my iPhone.

a closer look at the drivers side entrance. 5 wires, lo/hi triggers to the relays and low/hi/grd for the H4s. The stock wiring remains unmolested.

a closer look at the passenger side opening. 3 wires hi/low/grd. The stock wiring remains in case I want to revert in the future (I won't but a future owner may)

passenger side (LHD) wiring enters stock opening. I had to use 14 awg instead of the 12 awg I'd have preferred to use but it fits and is within load capacity.

The relays I used are mounted behind a plastic removable panel that sits in front of the battery in the frunk.
