Help Identifying These Type Of Lug Bolts

Could anybody help identifying what kind of lug bolts these are? I am trying to look for the key for it. They seem to have a Hex/Allen head....but I've never seen anything like it before.

Also, if anybody knows what kind of wheels these are, I know they're off brand cheapos...I'm just not sure which.

I think they're call hex tuner lug bolt
