Tire Rack charging Tax now?
When did Tirerack start charging tax in WA state? I don't think they have a store or warehouse in WA
Are they charging tax in all states now?

The State of Washington has notified Tire Rack that, in its view, Tire Rack is obligated to collect sales tax on retail orders shipped to Washington. Until resolved we are honoring their wishes.

I believe Amazon (Seattle based) was given a similar ultimatum, but their vendors who don't have a physical location in the state still don't charge sales tax even though Amazon does the billing.
