Who can shave my flatspots out?
I have a flat spot on my two front tires. They are 1/32 lower than the rest of the tire. I know they can be shaved as they are still good. I can't find anyone here that shaves tires. Anyone know who can?

Shops that can "true" tires won't deal with used/worn tires as the cutting blades are ruined by the small rocks that get into the tread and no amount of digging them out will convince the shop otherwise.
