Default Michelin latitude sport Tire sidewall Bubble

I installed Michelin latitude sport Tire 295/35R21/XL 107Y N1 in my 2008 Cayenne GTS in July 2015. After 4600 miles one of the rear tires showing a large bulging bubble slightly bigger than a tennis ball.
I stopped driving the Cayenne upon seeing the tire issue and will be taking it to the independent Porsche facility who bought and installed the tires tomorrow.
Has anyone experience similar issues?
will this be covered by the warranty? I hope so
Thanks

It's likely caused by a road hazard. The dealership may replace the tire as a good will gesture, but it's unlikely Michelin will cover the tire under a defect warranty. I see pothole damage in this size all the time.

Give Michelin a call anyway if the dealer doesn't take care of it

They just did a great adjustment on some worn out tires that came on a car I bought with them on it

Does not hurt to give it a try
