Default Winter Rim and Tires

Where is the best place to get a set of winter tires and rims for a 991 C4S, Just bought it and would like to get some winter use out of it. Won't be a lot so I don't want to spend a ton on them. Thanks in advance for any help and BTW I'm in Canada.

Porsche Canada package (C4 - 19") is $5,200. This set cost $4,200 at Suncoast in the US. Tire rack with BBS/Michelin Alpin PA4 ranges from $5-$6K delivered to Canada (would be cheaper with boarder pick-up). 1010 Tire is $4,200 delivered for Victor Innsbruck with Mich PA4 - best value. There are some OEM C4S Porsche rims on ebay at $3,500, tires are about $1,800 or 5,300 plus shipping and mounting/balancing. How do I know - I just ordered a C4S and am shopping too.

Thanks for all the info, what was 1010 tire supplying for rims? Sounds like a good deal. I got same price of $5,200 from local Porsche dealer. I get my C4S next week, picked up a demo 13 they had with CPO. New was out of my price range with options I wanted.

Nice looking rim, they don't have an 8.5 for the front just 8 inch with 45 ET and 11 inch at 55 ET in 19's or are you looking at going 20 inch? Do you think these 19's would work or is back spacing wrong? I know the Porsche 19's are 8.5 ET 54 and 11 ET 48.

Do you sell aftermarket wheel sets? Looked on your site and only seen factory rims.

1010 has an offset calculator - see link below. Assuming you have the Carrera S wheel (20" 8.5ET51, 20" 11ET52), the following wheel choices may work. Please confirm with 1010 as I'm not an offset expert.

Innsbruck:
- F: 20" 8.5ET45 > inner clearance is 6mm more, outer position extended 6mm
- R: 20 11ET55 > inner clearance 3 mm less, outer position retracted 3mm. I think a 3mm spacer would bring it back to standard
- F: 19" 8ET45 > inner clearance 12mm less, outer position the same
- R: 19" 11ET55 > inner clearance 3mm less, outer position retracted 3mm. 3mm spacer.

Tourismo/Zehn
- F: 20" 8.5ET45 > inner clearance is 6mm more, outer position extended 6mm
- R: 20" 11ET55 > inner clearance 3 mm less, outer position retracted 3mm. 3mm spacer.

Yes thats the wheel I have, and did calculator also looks like they will work. AS long as they clear the brake callipers . The spoke design looks like it should. I have run into that problem before where offset is good and everything else works and have clearance problems with brakes

They should - see the 4th picture down in the link below - black 991 with Innsbruck wheels. Further down in the thread, I confirmed the wheel type.
