'86 944 Turbo wheel upgrade ?'s
 
I am wanting to upgrade from the 16" "phone" wheels to one of the late model 996, 17" type wheels that will mount right on, without mechanical or wheel well clearance problems. Would greatly appreciate suggestions that will work. Thx, floydr

The only 17" wheels you can use are aftermarket replicas (about 8-10lbs heavier than your 16" PhoneDials EACH). Lighter Porsche wheels can be fitted without too much trouble though.
