i have falken FK-451 225-40-17's and 245-45-17's on my 3.2 carrera and they seem top notch, compared to the pireli p6000's i had before(these where on my old fuch wheels, so not an accurate comparison) they have loads of grip in the wet and dry and don't seem to wear much

I recently put the Falken Azenis Sport tires (225/45-17, 245/45-17) on my car. They worked better on the track than any other street tire I've ever tried, yet are very composed on the street. I can't imagine a better dual-purpose tire; much quieter than the Yokohama A032 and comparable on the track. Only drawbacks are they are heavy and available in limited sizes only.

See <a href="http://www.falkentire.com/html/index.htm." target="_blank">http://www.falkentire.com/html/index.htm.</a> Nearly 29lbs for the 245/45-17! But then again, the S-03's, which are not nearly as good on the track, are also very heavy. By comparison, the Toyo T1S and Dunlop SP9000 are 3-4lbs lighter, but don't have the reinforced sidewalls of the Falken.

Well, I checked the specs for the Kumho V700's and they're nearly as heavy as the Falken's as well!
