Is there one brand of tires, and wheels, that have the most victories in car racing? Reason why I ask is based on some observations that there are racecars with BBS and Goodyears one year, and later on, they will have FIKSE's and Michelins. Same driver, probably the same car. Does the choice of which tires and wheels go on a car have anything to do with the quality, or is it the endorsement of them that determines that?

For the top teams, it's whomever gives them what they want for the best package (discount, free or sometimes even paid to use them). Tires stay pretty consistent for a team, all things considered. Two brands are pretty different with respect to car setup, so switching brands from year to year renders your setup notebook practically useless. Sometimes it's a rulebook thing as well (like Grand Am that has a spec tire). It's almost never a quality issue.
