Default Question

The tire calculator at http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp indicates I can put a 265/35 tire on an 8 inch rim. What repercussions or negatives could I run into by doing this? I have a set of 18 x 8 square SSR-GT3 wheels I would like to put some all season tires on for the winter and trying to decide the best size tire for the rear, albeit ones readily available for a decent price. I can't find 245 or 255 35s in all season other than Firestones, which I would rather not have.
