Question for the Alignment Experts
Gents the saga on the new tires continues, and I wanted to get some quick feedback. When I had the new tires installed, I also had the car aligned. the specs were as follows:
Front .04 toe Neg 1.3 Camber
Rear .18 toe Neg 1.8 Camber
Car is a 2008 C2S with OEM 19" tire size using Bridgestone RE050A. While the car feels better than when I left, and is OK when driving on straights / highways, it definitely still feels unsettled when taking corners / off ramps…in some instances, almost wanting to “skip.” It definitely does not make me feel confident that I can run it hard through a corner, as it is almost like I am having to fight the steering wheel.
Anything in the alignment specs that could be weird that I am missing? ANy questions I should ask the shop when I take it back in tomorrow?
The tires have 326 miles on them since the alignment, so I assumed any “settling” would have occurred by now?, and that I am not feeling unsettled in the corners due to the very high tread depth on new tires? Or should I give it another couple hundred miles?
Anything in
